At LAVANA, we want you to receive your jewellery quickly and securely. Our team works hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping, delivery, and insurance options.
Processing & Dispatch
We ship all orders from our Sydney showroom, Monday to Friday. Once your order is packed and collected by Australia Post or DHL, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Some items, such as pre-orders, lockets, and personalised pieces, may have longer processing times, which will be noted in the product description.
During peak periods, such as sales events, public holidays, or promotional campaigns, please allow up to 4–6 business days for order processing.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We partner with Australia Post Express Post to ensure fast and secure delivery. A signature is required upon delivery for added security.
• Orders under $100:
o $10 Standard Shipping (6–8 business days*)
o $15 Express Shipping (2–3 business days*)
• Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping (unless otherwise stated during promotional periods)

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
• Orders over AUD$500: FREE international shipping
• Orders under AUD$500: $100 FedEx shipping fee
• Estimated delivery timeframe: Up to 2 weeks, depending on customs clearance
Please note that international orders are exempt from Australian GST, but local taxes, duties, and import fees may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
LAVANA is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Order Status Guide:
• Processing: Your order is being prepared for dispatch. If all items are in stock, this typically takes 1 business day.
• Shipped: Your order has been packed and handed over to the courier. Tracking may take some time to update as it enters the courier’s system.
• Partially Shipped: Some items in your order are on backorder or custom-made. To avoid delays, we’ll send the available items first and ship the rest separately when ready.
For Australia Post deliveries, we recommend downloading the MyPost App for real-time tracking and delivery management.
Signature & Collection Requirements
To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery.
• Within Australia: If no one is available to sign for your parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.
• International Orders: If unavailable to sign, please contact FedEx to arrange redelivery.
Authority to Leave: If you provide permission for the courier to leave your parcel unattended, LAVANA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Shipping Protection ($4.00 AUD)
For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.00 AUD.
This protection covers a replacement or refund if your parcel is:
- Lost or misplaced by the courier
- Damaged during transit
Important:
• The courier (Australia Post) must officially confirm the parcel as lost or damaged before any claim can be processed.
• This protection does not cover incorrect addresses, returned-to-sender parcels, or missing information provided by the customer.
Important Information
• LAVANA is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to courier issues, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed deliveries.
• We do not hold or delay shipments upon request.
• Orders rejected due to unpaid customs duties cannot be refunded.
• Shipping costs are calculated after any discount code, coupon, or promotion is applied.
