What’s Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature tarnishing not caused by improper care
  • Faulty clasps, jump rings, or links that break under normal wear
  • Significant fading of plating within the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
  • General wear and tear from daily use
  • Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
  • Loss, theft, or improper use
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh cleaning products
  • Salt water and chlorinated water damage to gold-plated silver jewellery
  • Tarnishing or fading caused by improper care or storage
Care Reminder

To maximise the life of your jewellery:

- Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and lotions (especially for gold-plated silver)

- Store in a dry, padded box or pouch

- Clean gently with a soft cloth

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewellery has a fault covered under warranty:

  1. Contact our customer care team with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess your claim and advise next steps.
  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

- Warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.

- Repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period.

- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to:

For Service-Related Issues

If a service we provide fails to meet consumer guarantees:

  • You may cancel the service contract and receive a refund, or
  • Be compensated for the drop in value caused by the issue
