1. Eligibility 

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
• Employees of LAVANA and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter 

• To enter, simply sign up to the LAVANA email newsletter database via our official website www.lavanajewellery.com.au during the promotional period.

• For an additional entry, follow us on Instagram @lavanajewellery

• One entry per valid email address.

• One additional entry per valid Australian mobile number.

3. Promotional Period 

• The promotion opens at 12:01AM AEST Monday September 1st 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 31st January 2026.

• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prizes

A total prize pool of AUD $5,000 in LAVANA e-gift vouchers will be awarded as follows: 

• 1 × $1,000 voucher (one winner).

• 2 × $500 vouchers (two winners will each receive 1 x $500 voucher).

• 30 × $100 vouchers (30 winners will each receive 1 x $100 voucher).

• A total of 33 winners will be drawn.

5. Prize Conditions 

• Prize E-gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable only at www.lavanajewellery.com.au

• Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification 

• Winners will be drawn at random on Monday February 2nd 2026.

• Winners will be notified via the email address and/or mobile phone number used to sign up, within 7 days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, LAVANA reserves the right to redraw the prize.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. General 

• By entering, participants agree to receive email and, if opted in, SMS marketing communications from LAVANA. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

• LAVANA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• LAVANA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the promotion if necessary.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
